The NingBo LongKang Intelligent Water Meter Company has one principle, first-class equipment is needed to produce first-class product! We always put the technical development and factory construction in the first place during the past decade. In 2004, we started to construct the China’s greatest intelligent water meter production factory. The new factory was completed in 2005 and was put to use in 2006. It is still under development and new equipments are added continuously. The NingBo LongKang Intelligent Water Meter Company is the only factory, which produce furniture with Shell casting, numerical control fine processing, production under controller and assembling the Whole machine and valve, in China. The annual production of the intelligent water meter is 500000units. Through 8 years of development, we have had a mature production method in quality ensuring system. There are 250 water meter testing workplace and various experimental testing facilities. We have also opened up many examination and checking facilities. We are the first one which introduces the “parametric index” in the country. This gives stability and reliability to the IC card.

The whole floor space is 15000 square meter. There are six 2000 square meter workshop. The upper and lower floors are arranged with intelligent water meter flow design. There are corridors and escalators connecting the workshops, which makes no barriers for the transport of products.

The workshop area is 2000 square meter with 60 units of current capacity test panel (±0.8%) and pressure testing machine 20 units. This workshop is mainly for current capacity precision test, correction and pressure test to ensure the quality and standard of the water meters.

The workshop area is 2000 square meter x2 with eight production lines. It can produce intelligent water meter valve, valve controller, plastic covering, IC Card stand, battery boxes, etc. It can also complete the testing of host control board.

The workshop area is 2000 square meter. It can produce and test different parts of the Heavy-caliber. It can also help with the assembly, test and packing processes. The production equipment of the heavy-caliber intelligent water meter is voluntary developed. This can be cut over between 40mm-200mm automatically.
