However, this method shows drawbacks: statistics is difficult to be made, many users are behind in payment, the management office needs to pay the bill first and so on. That means, the market needs a higher class, more advanced payment method to replace the original one.
The IC card controller is self-opened by NingBo LongKang Intelligent Water Meter Company , operate in coordination with highly precise water meter. The screen is very humane that it operates with insertion of card to let the users clearly see the progress. The method can save manpower and solve the payment problem.
The system use SLE4428 logical encryption card, whose encryption calculation and encrypted hardware can ensure the high security of the system. It is especially suitable for the relatively small zone to use because the cost is low and the operation is simple.

The A-series and B-series IC intelligent water meter opened by NingBo LongKang Intelligent Water Meter Company has compact and coordinate structure. The products are reliable, stable, and they have a long life-span. The specials are:
• Use a CPU card, with a password for a specific card, non-decipherable.
• Use a reliable software and hardware, s olve overload and declining magnetic force problem
• Use import low-consumption single-piece machine and low-consumption pre-cursor valve, whose batteries can have at least 5 years life span.
• Reliable current checking function, can set an automatically closure of valve when low power to cut the water circuit.
• When the sum of purchasing amount in card and the usable amount in meter exceeds the maximum amount, the meter will automatically reject the sum to avoid the stock up of water.
• When the usable amount equals alarming amount, the meter will be automatically switched off and alarmed, the user need to insert the user card to continue.
• When the usable amount in meter has used up, the meter will be automatically switched off and shown “clear bill”, “usable amount 0” and so on.
When the current is too low, the meter will be automatically switched off and shown “change batteries”, the users must change batteries to switch on the meter again.
